Document Designer
This is a feature with
which you can completely customise any voucher
as per your requirements. You can use your
existing pre-printed stationery
without modifications. You can change fonts,
resize text and formulas. The
method of tax and discount calculations can
be easily specified. You can
also scan and place your company logo on the
invoice. Once your design
is over you can get a preview of the invoice,
and what you see on the
screen will be on paper.
This can be done for all vouchers- sales,
sales returns, purchases, purchase
return, receipts, payments, journals, vouchers,
bank transfer/withdrawal/
deposits. An others category is also provided
to accommodate any voucher
that does not fit into any of these.
Thus the user can fully customise the vouchers
to his/her business.
Analysis Categories
This
is a powerful feature of E.X. Next Generation
by which you can set up
various criteria to analyse your accounting
data. These analysis categories
are tagged to the vouchers. Multiple analysis
categories can be tagged to
a voucher. Once tagged you can get various
combinations of reports using
these categories.
Analysis can be made on the Sales/ Purchases/Incomes/
Expenses for any
criteria specified. There is facility for
matrix type report which can be used
for cost centre-wise analysis or any multi-dimensional
analysis.
Custom Fields
This facility allows you to sort your customers
or suppliers in ten different
ways. Reports based on customers or suppliers
can be generated on the
basis of any or a combination of these criterion.
For example, you can generate an outstanding
statement of all customers
who are Regular, High Value, Located in M.G.
Road and attended to by
Salesman Mr. Rajiv.
This feature is called 'custom field' as it
is fully customizable by the user. |

Company Consolidation
E.X. Next Generation allows you the facility to consolidate
your balances
of your accounts at any point of time in the financial year
across several
companies. You can view/print the consolidated Balance Sheet,
Profit
and Loss or Trial Balance across desired companies.
The companies can be consolidated on the basis of:
1. Selected Accounts
2. Selected Items
3. Consolidation of Trial Balance/ P&L and Balance Sheet
Tax / Discount Consolidation And Reporting
Module
E.X.
Next Generation provides a module for handling any complex kind
of taxes and levies. Various Taxes and discounts can be specified
and
linked to Items that you buy or sell. It also provides you a
neat Sales
and Purchase Tax Register to give column-wise details of each
transaction.
Budgeting
E.X. Next Generation provides
for Budget Analysis of expenses as well
as tracking targets. Budgeting is a form of control as well
as forward
planning and helps in quality decision making.
Monthly budgets can be specified and the actuals tracked against
the
same. Variance reports in absolute terms as well as percentages
can be
generated. This allows for identifying expenses which need to
be
controlled or sales which need to be increased.
Saving Company As Template
If your company accounting accounting
needs do not match any of the
already provided templates a new template can be created using
the
'none' template. It can create the chart of accounts as desired
and
the same can be replicated across companies and branches. The
same
can be done in Invoice design and voucher layouts too. |
