| National Distributors |
TCS has entered a strategic partnership with Redington
India Ltd., one of the largest IT distribution companies in India, to distribute TCS's
E.X. range of business applications.
The alliance is aimed at addressing the needs of the rapidly growing SME(Small &
Medium Enterprise) segment with specialised offerings. Redington will work closely with
TCS's Products division and provide logistics and infrastructure support for distributing
its E.X. applications across India.The partnership envisages value-added offerings,
including complete solutions comprising of PCs, Application software like E.X. NGN and
E.X. PA and peripherals like printers, to address the growing segment needs with a
one-stop solution. The alliance also pays the way for increased access to TCS's E.X.
family of products. |

The Enterprise Solutions Partner offers a complete business solution
from a
combination of products and services. A typical sale involves in-depth analysis
of business processes and mapping it with product functionality to identify the
gaps, and offering an extension or a customisation. In some cases it may also
require a complete solution with hardware, system software and networking. |

| Authorised Resellers |
Authorised Resellers focus on high-volume products with
strong brand identities and little pre-sales or post-sales support requirement. They offer
customers value through price, availability and financing options. More than 50% of their
revenue comes from sales of third- party products. They usually have a strong presence in
large urban/town areas and a large personal circle of influence to resell the products
